The living area features a sectional sofa, Smart TV and and decorative fireplace.* (Fireplace is not for guest use.) The dining area seats 6 comfortably and has access to the private patio overlooking the lagoon. The patio offers high top seating and a grill. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker.
Both bedrooms feature king beds and flat screen TVs. The main bedroom has a private bathroom with a large tub/shower combination, as well as access to the patio. The guest bedroom features access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Evian is one of Shipyard’s most scenic settings and is an oasis of seclusion and serenity with Shipyard rentals surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the olympic-size pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
