The second bedroom is located just off the kitchen. It features a queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The third room can be used as a second living area or a bedroom. It features a full-size futon, two twin beds, flat-screen TV and access to the patio through sliding doors. Both bedrooms have access to a hall bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. The final bedroom is located on the second floor. It features a king and a private bathroom with a claw-foot tub.
Aside from the screened-in porch, the back patio offers plenty of space for outdoor dining or catching some rays. There is also a gas grill for added convenience.
Guests are welcome to bring one well-behaved dog up to 75lbs OR two well-behaved dogs up to 35lbs each for an additional fee of $225 plus tax per dog.

Guests at this property enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive Sea Pines Harbour Town Pool. This is a 120-foot-long freeform pool featuring a kiddie pool and changing facilities. Pool pass is required (provided in property for guests), swimmers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult, no lifeguard on duty - guests swim at own risk.
