An oversized garage allows for additional parking, and the driveway can accommodate two vehicles. Up the steps to the front door will take you to the main level of this home with an open galley-style chef’s kitchen featuring a European design, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. The chef of the house will be absolutely delighted. The dining area with seating for eight at the table and six more at the kitchen bar will be the center of attention when gathering for meals. The living room is very comfortable and finished in soothing Earth tones, has a huge flat-screen TV mounted above the fireplace, which is decorative only. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** The primary bedroom on this level has a king bed and is done in French Provincial décor. The primary bath has a wonderful shower and granite countertops here as well.

There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a separate room with another dishwasher!

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
