You can book directly on this website or call our office at 800.276.8991 and a reservationist will be happy to assist you.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. EST. The keyless entry code provided in your arrival instructions will activate and deactivate at these exact times. We will make every effort to make sure your home is ready by 4:00 p.m. but it is not guaranteed. Early & late check-in/out requests can be made in the off-season (Oct-March) but are not guaranteed.
Our regular office hours are 9:00 a.m. til 5:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday (hours may vary by season). Should you arrive after hours and encounter a problem, please call our office at 843-785-6767 and our on call staff will be happy to help.
Each of our vacation homes is thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, silverware, a toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. Premium linens are provided, including towels, sheets, blankets, and a sofa bed kit. To get you started, we supply a welcome set of essentials such as trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Most properties feature a washer and dryer and a DVD player, and all include high-speed wireless internet. Don’t forget to bring your beach or pool towels for your island adventures!
We understand pets are part of the family, which is why we offer a variety of homes that are dog-friendly. While beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided, they are available for rent either directly from beach lifeguards or via delivery through one of the many local rental companies.
Instructions for accessing the internet are posted in each property. Your Wi-Fi network name and password can also be found in your Arrival Instructions email. If you need additional assistance, please contact our property management team at 800-276-8991.
All we ask is that you run any dirty dishes through the dishwasher and take out the trash. There is no need to strip the beds or do any additional cleaning. Your code will expire at 10 AM on your departure day.
Yes! We take your security very seriously. All sensitive information, including credit card details, is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted through our trusted payment gateway. Only authorized personnel with special access can view this information, and they are required to maintain confidentiality. After your transaction is complete, no private information is stored on our servers.
