The keyless code included with your Arrival Instructions will open the door to your rental property beginning at 4:00 PM.  Every effort will be made to have the unit ready at that time, but it is not guaranteed.

After this time your keyless code will expire and you will not be able to re-enter your property.

Our normal office hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday (hours may vary by season).  Should you arrive after hours and encounter a problem, please call our office at 843-785-6767 and you will be directed to our on-call staff.

Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some homes having game rooms, hot tubs and BBQ grills. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.

Kitchens include dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.  Linens include 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.  A starter set of amenities including trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.  Most of our properties have a washer dryer and DVD player.   All have wireless internet.

They are not provided at the property but you can rent beach chairs/umbrellas directly on the beach from the lifeguards.  There are several local companies that can deliver these items.

We offer many homes, some of which allow pets and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the "Dog Friendly" option to see the homes and villas that allow pets (dogs only are allowed), or you can call our office at 800.276.8991.  A reservationist would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet. 

We prefer you order your bikes 2 weeks in advance of your arrival to ensure availability and delivery on the day of your arrival.  However, as long as bikes are still available we can take orders through the date you would like them delivered.  We cannot guarantee same day delivery.

Instructions on how to access the internet will be posted in each property.  Also, the login and password should be in your Arrival Instruction email.   If you need further assistance, simply contact property management at 800-276-8991, ext. 210.

If you are a guest in one of our luxury homes, we would be happy to arrange daily maid service or private chef services for you.  We can also arrange golf tee times at many of the courses.  Simply call one of our vacation specialists and they would be happy to assist you.

All we ask is that you run any dirty dishes through the dishwasher and take out the trash.  There is no need to strip the beds or do any additional cleaning.  Your code will expire at 10 AM on your departure day.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
