153 Club Course is the ideal home for your next Hilton Head vacation. This beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom SeaPines Hilton Head home features LVP flooring throughout the home, and all the furniture was chosen with comfort and relaxation in mind.

The open concept floor plan and large living area provides plenty of space to spread out with multiple couches (including a sleeper sofa) and cushioned chairs. There is also a large Smart TV, as well as games and puzzles for added entertainment.

Sliding doors lead out to the large elevated deck with lots of seating for outdoor living and dining, as well as a gas grill. There's plenty of space to run and play in the pesticide-free backyard area.

In between the living area and dining room is a unique play space, perfect for the kids in the group! There is a play slide, basketball hoop and high chair. to the dining area, making conversating a breeze.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook a meal for your family. There is also a breakfast area with added seating.

All 3 bedrooms feature brand new, organic adjustable Saatva mattresses with built-in massage features. The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom features a queen bed and shares a hall bathroom with the third guest bedroom. This bedroom is the perfect spot for kids of the group. There is a crib and a bunk bed with a full bunk on the bottom and a twin bed on the top.

Guests of this home can easily navigate the SeaPines Hilton Head community by bike or by any of the walking trails. The Harbour Town area and beach are just a few miles away- an easy bike or car ride.

Guests at this property enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive Sea Pines Harbour Town Pool. This is a 120-foot-long freeform pool featuring a kiddie pool and changing facilities. The pool is heated and cooled seasonally. Open daily from 9:00am until dark. Pool pass is required (provided in property for guests), swimmers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult, no lifeguard on duty - guests swim at own risk.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly only. A non-refundable fee of $250.00 plus tax per pet is required if you are bringing a dog. Limit: 2 dogs max.

Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; 1 pass per car is $17/week. Limit 3 cars Max.

Overall, this was a very nice stay. For the price, I expected better. I will start with what i felt was negative. We were left with 2 trash bags only. The inside of the fridge and freezer were both dirty. In the freezer, specifically, there was ice cream that had spilled all over ice packs. Two skillets were available, and one of them was completely unusable. The grill was very dirty and rusted. Parts were not in place, and I did not feel safe using it. There was not a standard coffee maker. Only an espresso maker (that I could not figure out how to work). The microwave had rust on the outside. The hot tub was locked at 104 degrees, and I could not easily figure out how to use lower the temp. I had to look up the manual and figure out how to unlock it. It was also dirty. Once I figured out how to lower the temp, it was fine (other than it being dirty).I am out of the room, so I can not finish this review. I'd like to say more. Quality not as good as cost.

Hi Matt, I am sorry to hear your stay wasn't the best. Many of the issues that you had encountered could have been solved immediately had you made us aware of them. We do our very best to communicate in your rental agreement at the time of booking that only a starter supply of amenities is included for your arrival. We do not provide for your entire stay. I will see how we can improve this communication moving forward. We would have been happy to get housekeeping, the spa cleaners and maintenance back out to address any of the issues that you listed above. Whenever booking through a 3rd party vendor like Airbnb, the rates and costs are a lot higher than booking direct.Its unfortunate that you waited until this review to let us know because we would have corrected all of it. I will work with the property care team to get these issues addressed. We are glad that you had enjoyed your stay. Perfect for our Crew

The property was great about communicating with us and it was very comfy place to recoup from a day of golf. Its close to plenty of places to eat or shopping centers if you want to utilize the Kitchen or grill. Its a little deep in the neighborhood but that's hardly an issue. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in Hilton Head.

The house was spacious and comfortable for 5 adults and 5 children. Great open space with plenty of natural light.
Location is a 10min drive to the beach, not the most quiet as there is a busy round very close by, but that didn’t bother us.
Overall, we had a great time!
