The main bedroom is on the second floor and features a king-size bed and a private bath with a large walk-in shower. In addition, this floor has a third bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.
Evian is one of Shipyard's most scenic settings and is an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the pool is open seasonally and the free lighted tennis and pickle ball courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.
