This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Shipyard Hilton Head condo is located in the popular Evian neighborhood of Shipyard at the south end of Hilton Head Island. The spacious Shipyard condo has a great golf course view from many windows and a large patio with seating for alfresco dining island style!

By day, the living room and dining area are bathed in the natural light flowing through the patio doors. In the evening, this area becomes a cozy respite from your busy day with a full entertainment center and wet bar. Also on the first floor are the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast area, a half bath, and a bedroom with two twin beds and private bath.

The main bedroom is on the second floor and features a king-size bed and a private bath with a large walk-in shower. In addition, this floor has a third bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.

Evian is one of Shipyard Hilton Head’s most scenic settings and an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. When you're not unwinding in your Shipyard Hilton Head condo, an old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the olympic-size pool is open year round *weather permitting and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
