114 Island Club is a beautifully renovated and thoughtfully furnished 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo in Hilton Head's famous Island Club community, just a short walk to the beach and community amenities. The property features an open-concept floor plan, coastal décor and LVP flooring throughout.

The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, a work station, a wall-mounted Smart TV and access to the private deck. The deck overlooks a lagoon and the meticulously manicured grounds. Just off the living area you'll find the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is generously stocked and features a coffee bar, granite counters, stainless appliances and a stackable washer and dryer. There is also a powder room located just off the living area for added convenience.

Up the stairs you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, a work station and a spacious private balcony overlooking the lagoon. The attached bathroom features a large granite top vanity and a large tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and two twin beds, Smart TV and a large private balcony overlooking the parking area and grounds. This room also has a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination.

The owners of the property have an upgraded high-speed mesh wifi system for guests to use. They've also supplied a basketball and 4 pickleball paddles.

Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
