This immaculate and well-appointed Shipyard Hilton Head Island rental villa offers all the comforts of home, including a work station and high speed internet. The renovated kitchen opens to a roomy dining area. The adjoining living room is comfortably furnished and affords slider door access to a private outside patio with table and chairs, along with a grill. Also on the main floor are a laundry room and convenient half bath.

Shipmaster 1602 comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms on the second floor, each with a flat screen TV, private deck and newly renovated private baths! The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom features a queen bed, as well as bunkbeds. Two twin rollaway beds are also available for guest use.

This property allows 1 well-behaved dog, under 75lbs each, for an additional fee of $225 plus tax.

Shipmaster Hilton Head Island rentals are only a leisurely 15-minute walk or bike ride on the scenic bike paths to the beach. This community has an on-site pool and free tennis. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
