As you step into the foyer, you will be immediately aware of the updated designer's touch that begins with lovely wood flooring. The living room further welcomes you with comfortable seating, a wet bar, and a 46" Flat Panel TV above the beautiful tile fireplace.

An adjoining formal dining area features a table with seating for 6 and French doors to the new outside deck where there is an additional dining table for 4 along with bench seating and a beautiful lagoon and golf course view for your enjoyment. The nearby kitchen has new granite countertops, a bright corner window over the sink, and a breakfast table for 4.

To the left of the entry foyer, a hallway gives access to a new full bath, a closed alcove with a full size washer and dryer, a bedroom with a queen bed and 1 twin bed, a flat screen TV/DVD, and a large double closet. The beautiful primary bedroom, which features a king bed, a flat screen TV/DVD, along with a sunny corner and a cozy loveseat, also leads through the French doors to that new outdoor deck. The impressive private primary bath is highlighted by a beautiful, all tile and spacious walk-in shower with glass enclosure.

This stylish Hilton Head villa is located in one of Shipyard’s most scenic settings, an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the olympic-size pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
