The private patio can be accessed through doors in the living area and primary bedroom. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and the beautiful kitchen features granite counters and plenty of cabinet space.
The primary bedroom is located off the living area. It features a queen bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a new vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Welcome to St Andrews Commons, Hilton Head Island! A motion activated security arm has been installed at the property entrance to ensure orderly vehicle and bicycle traffic. It is important to approach the arm slowly until activation occurs and the lighting on the arm changes from red to green. A line of cars and bicycles will be able to proceed through the gate without waiting for it to recycle. Please use care when approaching and proceeding through the gate.
