Your dream vacation starts at 217 Evian in Shipyard, Hilton Head Island, SC. This tastefully updated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Shipyard villa will feel like your island-style home-away-from home.

This 1,830 sq ft Hilton Head Island villa is well-appointed, comfortable and ideal for a fun and well-deserved vacation. Natural light flows throughout the corner living room and dining area filled with fun, cheerful décor, including a new sofa and sleeper sofa! The conveniently located wet bar is awaiting your use because on “Beach Time”, it is always 5 o’clock. Features a well-equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite counter tops. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunny breakfast nook or take it outside to the spacious, covered patio overlooking the golf course.

Evian 217 sleeps 6 guests in three comfortable and inviting bedrooms, and there is space for 2 additional guests in the living room on the brand new queen sleeper sofa. The spacious main bedroom with a king size bed, has large windows overlooking the greens at Hilton Head. The main bath has double sinks, granite counter tops and a walk-in shower with a skylight. A second master bedroom and bath are located on the first floor which are perfect for someone who prefers minimal steps. All bedrooms have walk-in closets and a private bath attached with granite counter tops. The first-floor bath also has access from the hallway. A laundry room with a new washer and dryer are there for your convenience.

The Evian, Hilton Head is one of Shipyard’s most scenic settings and is an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the pool is open seasonally and the free lighted tennis courts and pickle ball are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. This villa was very nicely decorated, comfortable and well-equipped with everything you would need; thoughtful owners! Plus was stocked with many games and toys for our family to use. This villa is located on the golf course with a lovely private deck. This was our 2nd time staying at this property; we will definitely come back!

The home was in beautiful condition. I think we rented this one before & we are very familiar with Evian rentals. This is the first time that there were added amenities—a drawer filled with ziplock plastic bags, cling wrap, foil, trash bags & non-sugar coffee sweeteners. It was very helpful in a few instances. The bathroom towels were soft, not scratchy and the beds were all comfortable. I asked my family about that bc we used them all. The location is convenient to the beach & food locations. One last thing I think visitors don’t really appreciate. There are no restaurants other than at the Sonesta Hotel, the traffic is local, only people who live, rent or work in Shipyard. We used to in Sea Pines but as it’s gotten so crowded in the last 20 years we rather rent in Shipyard. We’ve enjoyed many summer vacations with family and friends in Shipyard, with rentals thru Sunset Rental and will continue to do so. Thank you for a very special weekend.

The home was perfect for our stay and renting thru Sunset Rentals was very easy. Emails were timed perfectly with access codes,etc. The home was in. Great condition, beds were comfy and towels were soft, not scratchy. Also there were amenities I have never had I all the previous times I rented on HH (since about 1986). There were extra trash bags, ziplock sandwich & gallon size bags, cling & foil wrap and coffee sweeteners. I always bring these but it was nice to see that the owners thought to add them too.

We wanted to spend Thanksgiving with my husband family in Hilton Head. We invited our son , that lives in San Diego to spent 4 days and our niece that live in Santa Cruz to stay 7 days with us. we all love the place, very roomy, super clean, quiet. There was a problem with the thermostat and the staff was there within hours. Love the place, we will come back

Beautiful condo! The owners have thought of everything possible that you might need while staying in there condo ( down to safety pins and spare reading glasses) This condo will not disappoint. One of the nicest I stayed in over the last 40yrs that I’ve been vacationing on the island. Sunset Rentals are amazing. Keep up the great work!

Comfortable and well equipped condo

We loved our stay in Evian 217. It was extremely clean and well equipped. Plenty of space to spread out and quiet. A short walk from the pool and a comfortable bike ride to the beach. We’d totally stay there again!

Great Stay!

We loved staying here! The condo was so cozy, comfortable, and well maintained! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and the condo was well stocked with family board games and beach toys for our kids. It was an easy drive or bike ride to the beach, coffee shops, ice cream, shops, and restaurants. We rented bikes and loved how quickly we could ride our bikes anywhere we wanted. The location of the condo made it a perfect central location. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is our third time staying at this property. It feels like home! The condo is exceptionally clean and well equipped. The owners have put a lot of thought into making it bright and attractive as well as comfortable. The kitchen is better equipped than most homes. We love this property and plan on visiting again. It is exceptional!

Best Condo!

We've rented many condos over the past 35 years and this is by far the best! It was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. The dishes, glassware, silverware, etc. was not what you would expect in a rental; very nice and matched! I prepared Christmas dinner for the family (including apple pies) and it was a breeze. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable with very nice bedding. The closets are spacious with plenty of hangers! Master bedroom and bath better than a 5 star hotel! The beach is an easy 0.5 mile walk. It's right on the 7th hole of a Shipyard Golf Course, you can see the sand trap from the covered patio. If you're looking for a home away from home (or better) this is the place!

Definitely recommend!

Beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. Good location - close enough to the pool that we could walk and just a short drive to the beach! Enjoyed the scenery & wildlife we saw outside. It would have been nice to have a grill on the back patio. The management staff was very friendly and helpful! The dryer might need to be looked at as it took an unusually long time to dry our clothes - otherwise, no issues at all. Would love to come back again sometime!

Heaven

We had an amazing time. Our place was perfect. Super clean, Newer appliances and larger in person than the pics show online. They had plenty of kitchen ware . Even enough to make Chicken parm and a 5 star breakfast. Rent some bikes and its about a 2 minute ride to the beach. It's such a wonderful ride. The bike paths are what made us come back. Evian is the place to be. We actually showed a couple we met at the beach our place. They were so jealous. They were staying at the Green's. And the said our place blew theirs away. We will booking again at Evian for next year. Book it in confidence. It was worth it.

Perfect Weekend

My wife and I stayed here with her parents and our two kids (5 and 2) and had a fantastic time. The unit was clean and had everything we could possibly have needed. It's close to the beach, close to the supermarket, close to restaurants, close to pretty much anything you could want.

Clean/quiet/convenient

We had an overall awesome stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable - although lacking tp, there was only 1 roll - but this was an easy pick up at any near by store. We had a slight issue with our beach pass and realized later we had been given the incorrect pass at the front gate, but the beach itself was less crowded and more accessible than the other beach. Other than that everything was amazing. Highly recommend.
