This is a lovely and luxurious property! Well stocked, comfy beds, fantastic deck and fabulous community pool. We appreciated the responsiveness of the Sunset Rentals office in helping us with the grill. We couldn't have been happier all around and hope to return!

It was a great home. The door code worked well, all light switches are marked, fan controls attached near each unit (perhaps they could get attached to the wall)? The front door sticks a bit and does not automatically lock. Otherwise the unit was awesome and if in HH at Seapines we will look to rent it again.

Can't wait for our next stay!
This is the perfect place for a family or girls trip! It was so comfortable, clean, amazing location and environment! Fantastic quality of bedding, well stocked kitchen, and all ammentities you could think of. Checking in and out was easy and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. We look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful accommodations
This home was a delightful experience from start to finish. The communication with the host was excellent; they were prompt, friendly, and provided clear instructions for check-in. The listing accurately described the property, and upon arrival, we found the space to be even more charming than the photos depicted. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout. The location of the condo was perfect for our needs, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet still within easy reach of local attractions and amenities. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The check-in process was seamless, and they were readily available to assist with any questions or concerns we had during our stay. .

Cant wait to get back soon!

This beautifully updated unit was perfect for my long weekend golf getaway! Kitchen is absolutely stunning, you can tell the bathrooms were just updated as well. The master bath is gorgeous! Tranquility at your back door with a great lagoon view. This was a very relaxing unit with quiet neighbors and beautiful moss tree lined streets! Easy access to the front gate and biking trails were a big plus! Can’t wait to get back soon!

Nicely Renovated
Our family stayed in this unit during the RBC Heritage. The entire villa has been updated and easily accommodated our family of four. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals in, and BBQ grill added another option for meals in. The appliances all are new, stacked washer and dryer also in the kitchen. The washer and dishwasher are both on the quiet side, rare in rentals. Back deck is large and provides great views of the lagoon and a very large alligator! Villas location was a short bike ride to the Beach Club. If you know the lay of Sea Pines, you can get to beach club, and Harbour Town without crossing Greenwood Drive at the complex's entrance. We've been coming to HHI since 1988, usually staying in Sea Pines. This is a location we would once again rent in the future.

Felt Like a 5 Star Hotel!

I love this location in Sea Pines. It’s so accessible to everything we love. We enjoyed riding bikes to the sea pines center and sea pines beach club each day. 

I also like how close it is to the entrance for those occasional trips outside of SP. 

The villa : 

 

It’s BEAUTIFUL. No detail was overlooked. It is one of the most tastefully decorated villas I have ever stayed at - and that’s saying a lot because I’ve been coming to the island since 1998. 

They made great use of the space, creating a space for a lot of people to sleep comfortably. The beds and linens were so comfortable. I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel.  The villa is fully equipped with all the luxuries you would want for a long vacation. 

I definitely plan to return as many times as possible !

The home was welcoming, and all the information we needed was provided in a very timely fashion. The home was comfortable and met all of out expectations. We loved the location and used the pool. Can not say enough good things. Perfect!
