4 Canvasback is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Sea Pines Hilton Head Island home located on the beach path, just a 5-minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean, with a private pool! Located just inside the ocean gate of Sea Pines, this home offers two living areas, multiple decks with plenty of seating for outdoor dining, an open-concept floor plan, and a Lowcountry outdoor lifestyle.

The home's main living area is located on the second level, featuring reclaimed wood flooring, a stylish and comfortably furnished living area with a smart flat-screen TV, a wet bar, and a dining table that seats eight. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and ample space to prepare and cook meals for your guests, with additional seating at the kitchen island.

Two bedrooms are located on the main level of the home. The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a balcony with two Adirondack chairs. The private en-suite features an oversized dual vanity, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The lower level of the home has a second living area with comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, and a smart flat-screen TV. The pool area can be accessed through sliding doors on one side and access to the beach path on the other. The 3rd guest bedroom has two full-size beds, a smart flat-screen TV, and shared access to the 3rd bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hall.

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
