5 Beach Villa offers guests an unparalled island vacation with gorgeous ocean views, a private backyard with easy beach access and a spacious multi-level floor plan.

The first level of this townhome features two spacious guest bedrooms, a laundry area and a dedicated work space. Both guest bedrooms feature two queen beds, Smart TVs, private bathrooms and access to the private backyard area through sliding glass doors.

Up a set of spiral stairs you'll find the main area, complete with a wall of windows offering water views. The living area features a comfortable sectional sofa, Smart TV, table and chair set with seating for 4 and access to the large private balcony. Just past the living area you'll find the main dining area with seating for 6 and the kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and all you'll need to cook a meal for your family.

A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also located on the main level.

Up a 2nd set of spiral stairs you'll find the main bedroom, complete with a king bed, flat screen TV, ocean views and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

While the interior of the property offers luxury amenities, the exterior offers a unique layout, unlike anything you'll find on the island. In addition to the elevated deck that spans the length of the property, you'll also be treated to semi-private sand-filled backyard with multiple seating areas, a gas grill and plenty of room to play!

Beach Villa, Hilton Head, South Carolina is located in an ocean front complex within Palmetto Dunes Resort, directly on the ocean and steps away from an on-site pool, open April through September. The Beach Villa Hilton Head complex is close to the Dunes House Restaurant. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
