The open concept floor plan of the main level features coastal decor, a Smart TV and access to the screened in porch over looking the golf course. The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features quartz counters, stainless appliances, soft-close drawers and all you'll need to cook a meal for your guests!

The first queen bedroom is located on the main level. This spacious room has a Smart TV, access to a private patio overlooking the golf course and a fully renovated en-suite with a large, tiled walk-in shower.

Both remaining bedrooms are on the 2nd level. One bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and a private balcony over looking the Tennismaster complex. This room has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The remaining bedroom has a king bed and a day bed, Smart TV and private balcony overlooking the golf course.

The Tennismaster villa complex is set in lush landscaping in Hilton Head’s Shipyard with an onsite pool and only a short 10 minute walk or quick bike ride on the trails to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Vehicle Policy: Tennismaster allows up to TWO (2) cars max. Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax per car.

Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs; 75 lbs. or less per dog. A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
