Each of the four King bedroom suites are complete with their own private bathroom and a Smart TV. The first bedroom's en-suite bathroom features a dual vanity and a spacious, tiled walk-in shower, while the second bedroom also offers a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a dedicated workspace and a private bathroom featuring a convenient tub/shower combination. All bedrooms within the main house offer serene views of the sparkling pool area and the lush landscaping. For added privacy and flexibility, a separate mother-in-law suite provides a spacious room with a King bed, a Smart TV, a mini-fridge, and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Outside, an expansive, stone-paved pool deck awaits, offering secluded wooded views. Guests can unwind by the private pool* or indulge in the splash-down spa. The outdoor space is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring ample seating with comfortable lounge chairs, a dining table and chair set for al fresco meals, and a convenient propane grill. Plus, out front there is parking for up to four vehicles, including a covered carport.

Beach access is conveniently located just 1 mile away, easily reachable via scenic bike trails or the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley, ensuring a hassle-free beach day. For added convenience, guests receive a complimentary Beach Gear Credit through Sunset Rentals' partnership with Vayk Life, allowing for easy rental of items such as bikes, chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and paddleboards to enhance their vacation experience. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.

*Pool heat is available seasonally for an additional fee.

Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines requires each vehicle to have a gate/car pass. Car passes are $17.00 per car per week.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
