The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additional dining chairs for 2 and 2 stools at the kitchen bar. Just beyond the dining area is the custom coffee bar with a 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig, Nespresso and a coffee grinder. There's also an additional beverage fridge.
The fully renovated kitchen features a farm sink, stainless appliances and everything you'll need to cook meals for your family, including an instant pot, crock pot and small waffle maker.
The main bedroom is located off the living area. This room features a king bed, Smart TV and access to a private bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination.
The queen guest bedroom is also located on the main level. This room has a Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom, 6 adults total.
Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) well-behaved dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.
