Welcome to Ocean Breeze 9, a 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome nestled in the quiet community of Ocean Breeze, Hilton Head. Pet-Friendly for your pooch too! This Forest Beach villa is centrally located near the community pool, playground, and tennis courts. It is also a short 5-10 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean and Hilton Head’s renowned downtown area, “Coligny Plaza.”

Ocean Breeze 9 is a perfect gem of a unit featuring hardwood floors, modern furnishings, and spacious interiors. A few steps in the door hardwood floors lead to the dining area with seating for six. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar where two plush chairs sit. The functional kitchen allows for the creation of easy breakfast meals, quick lunches, and fulfilling dinners.

Just off the kitchen is the living room with a plush four- piece seating group, a flat screen TV and sliding glass doors to the deck. Step out on the deck to sip on your afternoon cocktail or simply to sit outside and enjoy the sights and sounds Hilton Head has to offer.

The first of three bedrooms is located on the first floor, furnished with a queen-size bed, a mounted flat screen TV, and a library of books for the reading enthusiast. As you climb the stairs, there is a majestic primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a snug chair, a mounted flat screen, and a private bath. Step down the hall, and you will find the laundry room, as well as, the 3rd and final bedroom with another queen-size bed, a mounted flat screen TV, and its own bathroom.

The complex has a swimming pool that is open from April through October, free on-site tennis, and is only a short walk to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 6 adults.

Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
