The open living room has vaulted ceilings and large picture windows for stunning year-round views over the pool to the fairway of the Clipper golf course and lagoon. A four-piece seating group includes two matching sofas and wood-frame chairs. There is a 65” flat screen TV with a Spectrum Xumo box that can also be used for streaming. A decorative marble fireplace completes the modern yet cozy feel.
Two bedrooms and two full baths are located on the main level, together with a washer/dryer. The primary bedroom offers secluded privacy with a king bed, double dresser and drawers, and a large walk-in closet with a full-length mirror. A 55” flat screen smart TV is perfect for catching up on the morning news or watching a late-night movie without disturbing anyone else in the house. There is also access to a private deck from this room. The stunning primary bathroom has a free-standing soaking tub, double vanity with built-in charging ports for your devices, and a spacious rain shower.
The kids’ room has sleeping space for four with the duo-bunk (twin over a double) and another separate twin bed. Kids have their own 32” flat screen TV. The adjacent hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves this room as well as being convenient for others.
Upstairs is the third bedroom, offering a queen bed with a beach-themed quilt and a 43” flat screen TV for streaming. Off-white furniture lends a modern yet beachy feel. This bedroom has access to the third full bath with shower and a private balcony deck. The loft overlooks the living room and has access to the balcony deck. It has a queen sleeper sofa and a rattan chair for naps or quiet reading.
The large deck at the back of the house has a dining table and shade umbrella with seating for six for alfresco dining. The jetted hot tub allows you to soak in the amazing sunset views over the lagoon while soothing those aching muscles. The patio has two conversation areas and a Weber grill conveniently adjacent to the kitchen. The swimming pool features beautiful glass-tile edging, LED lighting, and a tanning ledge with water bubblers. Heat is available in the cooler months for an additional fee.
All of this is located just minutes from the best dining, shopping, and local attractions Hilton Head has to offer. Shipyard offers private access to the beach next to the Sonesta hotel, which is a short drive or bike ride away.
