This beautifully appointed townhome is sure to delight from the moment you arrive. Step inside to an inviting open-concept floor plan featuring stylish LVP flooring and comfortable, thoughtfully selected furnishings.

The kitchen has been opened from its original design to create a bright, functional space. It features granite countertops, newer cabinetry, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the cookware and essentials needed to prepare meals for the whole family.

Just beyond the kitchen, the dining area offers seating for six and flows seamlessly into the cozy living room. Here you'll find a Smart TV, a sleeper sofa, and sliding glass doors leading to the private patio. This lovely outdoor area overlooks the golf course and includes a dining table and propane grill—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

A convenient powder room is also located on the main level.

Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, serene golf course views, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two full-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The Greens are nestled along the rolling fairways of Shipyard, just a short walk from the beach, the newly renovated private on-site pool, golf, and tennis facilities. Please note: all beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
