Southern charm, comfort and open concept living abounds in this cozy, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Shipyard villa in the Evian complex, one of Shipyard's most scenic settings in a prime Hilton Head location.

Soft colors create a gentle atmosphere where you can enjoy reading, watching TV or just relaxing. The good size kitchen has white cabinetry and white appliances, Corian countertops, tile flooring, a table and a couple of chairs for your morning coffee, or better yet, step outside onto the patio and enjoy the views of the lagoon! Exotic birds gather here for their breakfast, lunch and dinner and it’s always a thrill to see them.

The living room and dining area are one great room. Decorated in cottage-stye décor, the living room has comfortable, over-stuffed furniture with a combination of florals and romantic patterns, two club chairs and a rocker provide relaxing places for the family to gather. The dining area has a decorative pine table and chairs and provides seating for four plus with the table and chairs in the kitchen, there is room for a total of eight. Touches of Wedgewood blue décor in the kitchen and dining area promotes the “cottage-style” décor in artfully placed plates and fabrics.

Step out on to the partially covered patio and enjoy the mild weather here, the wildlife and beautiful views. There is a wrought iron patio table, chairs and a chaise for your comfort, and an uncovered area for sunbathing!

Down the tiled hall to the first bedroom, and you’ll find two twin beds, white furniture and a flat screen TV. The bathroom located in the hall has a tub/shower combination and a single sink. The laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer are neatly tucked in the closet in the hall. The main bedroom is a calming refuge and offers a king bed, furniture with two night tables, a dresser and an armoire with flat screen TV, views of the patio and back yard and a comfortable easy chair. This bath has an incredible walk in shower with grab bars for safety, a built-in bench and double shower heads. Bright and sunny, this bath is beautiful with the white vanity, medium gray walls with white wainscoting on the lower portion. The shower is large and open, with white, cobalt blue and gray tile accents. The comfort and location of this Hilton Head vacation villa will have you coming back year after year.

Evian is one of Shipyard’s most scenic settings and is an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
