For additional seating one can head a few steps over to the breakfast bar which has four sleek and cozy bar chairs. On the opposite side of the breakfast bar is the very functional, craftsman-designed kitchen, home to stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker and customized cabinetry for ample storage space. For added convenience there is a washer and dryer located off the kitchen.
The primary bedroom offers a majestic feel with plenty of sunshine and features a king bed, a flat screen television for your entertainment needs, and its own private bathroom with two sinks and a walk in shower. The second bedroom also features a queen bed and has a flat screen television; the windows from this room offer tranquil landscape views. The third and final bedroom will be a perfect kids’ room since it offers plenty of space to roll around with a bunk bed and a trundle. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.
Guests will have a new rear deck! This spacious upper level wood deck is outfitted with cushioned patio furniture with seating for 7.
Covered parking is available just beneath the home.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
