Completely renovated in 2024, this home has all the comforts you’d expect from a premier Hilton Head vacation rental. The main level of the home has an open-concept living area with cathedral ceilings, plush furnishings, LVP flooring, and a large Smart TV. Just beyond the living area is the dining area, seating eight, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island. The stunning kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a wine fridge, a coffee bar and a breakfast area with seating for four. Views of the private pool and expansive deck can be seen throughout the main level.
Three bedrooms are located on the main level. The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, sitting area, and a large ensuite with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV, built-in bookshelves and an attached bathroom with a large vanity, walk-in shower, and stand-alone jetted tub. The third bedroom on this level has two sets of twin bunks, a Smart TV, and access to the shared bath.
A laundry room and powder room are also both located on the main level for added convenience.
The fourth bedroom is located on the second level. This spacious room has a queen bed, Smart TV, workspace, private balcony and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The exterior of the home offers space for rest and relaxation. The extra-large deck overlooks the private pool and spa with a gas grill for a BBQ. **Pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee and must be arranged at least 2 weeks before arrival.**
Sea Pines is the original and largest planned resort on the island. While it is currently the home of the Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Hilton Head Island that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers, there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, a broad range of shops, restaurants, and Hilton Head attractions that will please every vacationer.
