Forest Gardens 66 is a perfect two bedroom villa that's nestled in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head. Featuring two bedrooms with sleeping for four guests, along with one full size bathroom, this villa features a recent remodel, an open-concept floor plan, a private balcony with seating, and a desired location that's just steps from the oversized community pool!

Step into beach style in this 2nd level villa! The open living room has a beachy feel with comfortable seating options, a flat screen TV, and access to the private deck through the sliding doors. This is the perfect space to come together with your family after a fun day on the beach and play a game or catch your favorite TV show (streaming; cable available). The chef in your group will enjoy the beautifully updated kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar with seating for four. When it's dinnertime, the dining room table hosts four comfortably or head out to the deck to dine al fresco.

Ready to rest easy? Head to one of the two bedrooms in this one level villa including a King Primary and Queen bedroom that share a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Both bedrooms feature Smart TVs with streaming & cable, closet space, and cozy bedding.

Finally, one of the best features of this villa is its location within the community. You're just steps from the fun community pool and you have easy access to the beach through walking biking trails. Guests staying here are also just a short walk away from Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park.

Forest Gardens is a quiet community tucked away, but still close enough to everything to walk or ride bikes. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was we had dirty dishes that I’ve been put away in the cupboards.

The place was spotless and looked liked the photos. I wasn't sure where to pick up the parking passes and the office was closed. I called and left a message and I got an immediate reply. I would highly recommend Sunset rentals and stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at 66 Forest Gardens. Very comfortable, well equipped, and clean. Good location, great for bike riding and walking. Our experience with Sunset Rentals was great. Very accommodating to our changes of location and additional days and very responsive. Very good experience overall and will call you when we return.

We come to the island to BIKE! Dipping in the pool is great too, of course, the ocean, but the bike trails have our heart. Kenny B's, Frankie Bones, and Aunt Chilada's are a few of our favorites. Hilton Head Island is our favorite place to get away. Thanks for making our stay great. We loved your cozy place, colorful and happy. Just the right size for a getaway. Pool was great. Loved: biking and the convenience to the local shops.

We loved biking to Harbor Town and going to all the shops. We also did a fun boat trip where we went tubing, kayaking, and paddle boarding as well as swimming. An awesome place to eat is Hudson's Seafood House On the Dock! We brought some shark that we caught and they cooked and prepped it with sides for around $35 dollars. The food was delicious. Definitely rent bikes it is beyond worth it to travel the island on a bike. We loved this place. We will most definitely be back again. This place was extremely cozy and the neighbors were so sweet.

This was a lovely place to stay. We like to enjoy the South Forest Beach area and Coligny. We had a nice dinner at Nectar, and a good breakfast at Harold's Diner--menus are at the door, be sure to fill out correctly! We always go to Island Bagelshop. Our days were filled with bike rides to the beach, back to condo for lunch and then pool time and bike rides. Hope we can return to this condo the same week next summer. Your neighbor Joe is fun to talk to and a nice guy!

Looking forward to our next visit!

My now husband and I spent the week leading up to and following our wedding here on Hilton Head Island. We had family and friends come to town early for a number of events, in which we were able to take them to some of our favorite spots! Some of the men participated in a golf event in Palmetto Dunes, organized by the groom. And following a spin class at Cycle Bar, the ladies were pampered at a local spa. Group dinner was held at Skull Creek, as well, where new friends were made over live music and a beautiful sunset. This condo is in the perfect, central location to meet all needs. Close enough to walk or bike to the beach for the young families with small kids. Also, conveniently located to Coligny Plaza for my Aunt to do some shopping and treat herself to lunch. Everyone fell in love with HHI!

After an amazing wedding weekend spent in Savannah, my husband and I traveled back to Hilton Head solo to spend our mini moon relaxing. There were many mornings spent walking or riding bikes on the beach, afternoons were reserved for lazing by the pool reading and catching up on rest. Each night we treated ourselves to dinner in different local areas – Shelter Cover, Skull Creek, Sea Pines and Coligny. Leaving this cozy condo was absolute torture, but we look forward to our next visit in which we will be back to 66 Forest Gardens!

Loved your place!

We are total beach bums, so we basically went down to the beach and then to eat every night. We played mini-golf and went up in the lighthouse at Harbourtown. Our Trip was short but sweet and we loved staying in your place!

We had a wonderful couple of days staying at this lovely condo in South Forest Beach! The location couldn't be better… Central location for the sunset and date night in Sea Pines (obviously had to visit our favorite Quarterdeck during our visit). Access to bike paths, an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops in Coligny Plaza. We loved our early morning strolls on the beach, with a stop for coffee at Carolina Coffee (in Coligny) on our way back. The condo had everything we needed, as described online. The community it’s housed in had lots of greenery and was very peaceful, perfect for sitting out on the porch. Already planning our trip back!

Would have been nice to have more than one washcloth per person for whole week without having to wash them. Also washer was extremely loud. Had to turn up tv to full volume to hear over it.

The home was spacious and perfect for what we needed. They provided towels and basic cleaning supplies. Walkable to beaches and close to restaurants. The only issue we had was was the sink was leaking and I mentioned it to sunset rentals, no one got back to me. Don’t even bother asking for an early check in, they’ll just say they can’t. Also the some dishes and cups in the cabinet were not clean. Overall it’s was a nice stay. Would stay here again in the future.

Hi Salma, I am bummed to hear that we missed the mark with your stay at Forest Garden 66. We do our very best to make sure everything is working and in great condition for our guests arrival. I see where you had reached out about the leak and it was not addressed until after your stay. I do apologize greatly for this miscommunication. We will do our best be more vigilant about this moving forward. I see that you checked in on Memorial Day weekend which is tricky to accommodate early arrivals. We always do our best to accept those requests but on the Holidays, its next to impossible due to the staff on hand compared to the amount of properties that we have to clean and inspect prior to guests arriving. We are glad that despite our shortcomings that you were able to enjoy your stay. We hope to have your family stay with us again.
