The common areas offer tile and wood flooring throughout. The living area has comfortable furniture with sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV and access to the private balcony with views of the beach boardwalk. The well-appointed kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinets and views of the living area. The dining area seats 4 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar.

The main bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a deluxe private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The Barrington Park ocean-oriented complex features an on-site heated pool and spa, community charcoal grills, beach access and spectacular ocean and pristine garden views. Located in an oceanfront complex. Beach access is a 2-3 minute walk from the property.
