As you walk past the foyer on your right is the large, bright kitchen with updated appliances, and cabinets which are fully stocked with everything a chef would need to prepare a wonderful dinner. Next to the kitchen is the dining area, with ample seating for six. Off of the dining area are two French doors leading to a quiet patio with great views of the golf course.
The family room has plenty of seating and a sleeper sofa, with a 55" smart TV to keep you entertained when you’re not at the beach, playing tennis, or swimming in the pool.
This charming Evian Hilton Head villa at Shipyard comfortably sleeps 7 guests in 2 bedrooms. Down the hall on your left is the second bedroom, with a queen and twin bed. On the right is the master bedroom which has a king bed, a private bath, TV and ample space to put your bathing suits away!
Evian, Hilton Head is one of Shipyard’s most scenic settings and an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Our stay was wonderful. Evian 249 was beautiful, clean, and quiet. It was everything we expected and more. We had never stayed in a pet friendly condo before. Because we brought our daughter and her 9 lb Maltese we needed a place to stay that allowed pets. I was concerned because I did not know what to expect concerning animal dander but to our amazement the condo was clean and beautiful.
