The kitchen was renovated in the winter of 2023 with all new stainless appliances, custom cabinets and counters. Four stools hug the bar lining the kitchen; this is a great place to munch on cookies, while waiting on a fresh pot of coffee to brew. A breakfast nook flows from the breakfast bar and offers an additional glass tabletop with 4 sleek chairs. Conveniently located behind the nook sits a dry bar; the perfect place with plenty of space to house hor d’oeuvres when guests visit.

The living room features a 3- piece seating group for your movie night viewing pleasure on the flat screen mounted TV/DVD combo. Sliding glass doors from the living room leads to a sun-room offering tropical motif and equipped with a wicker sofa, 4 chairs, a flat screen TV, and dining table with six matching chairs. Views of Shipyard Golf Course will make this the family’s favorite space to hang!

Three bedrooms are also located on the main level including the primary bedroom which houses a king-size bed and a renovated bathroom. A glass sliding door leads to the deck for more breathtaking views.

The second and third bedrooms are just off the living room. One with two twin beds, perfect for kids, young adults and those young at heart and the other two queen-size beds. The two rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The final bedroom sitting above the garage painted in tranquil blues and grays houses two queen beds, a flat screen TV, and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added convenience, there is a laundry room with washer and dryer along with additional storage space for luggage.
