As you walk in the front door, you’ll be greeted with an open floor plan and coastal colors. The living area is outfitted with a comfortable sectional sofa, large wall-mounted flat screen TV and access to the private patio. The patio has seating for 4 guests with views of the complex pool.
The kitchen area features granite counters, plenty of cabinet space, a pantry area and all you’ll need to cook a meal for your guests. The dining table seats 6 comfortably with large bay windows showcasing the front of the property.
Both bedrooms and the laundry area are located on the 2nd floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a new mattress, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and access to a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features a brand-new bunk bed with a full size bunk on the bottom and a twin bunk on the top. This room has a TV as well and a private bathroom with a large vanity area and a tub/shower combination.
This Forest Beach rentals villa comes equipped with beach chairs and children’s toys for the beach. The owner has also outfitted the condo with games, DVD and books for enjoyment.
Per the Ocean Breeze HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom.
The Ocean Breeze complex on Hilton Head Island is pet-friendly, has three swimming pools that are open from April through October, with one in this villa's back yard, free on-site tennis and is only a short walk to the beach. Both Coligny Circle and Alders Lane beach access points offer restrooms, showers, and a lifeguard station during peak season and are less than a 10-minute walk from the villa. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. 2 car passes are allowed per villa.
This property allows 2 well-behaved dogs, under 75lbs each, for an additional fee of $225 plus tax per dog.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Perfect Stay
The condo was immaculate. Super comfortable beds. The pool is literally in the back yard of this condo. The only complaint is that the grill didn't work- but we managed.- Anne P from Bay Village, Posted: 04/09/2024
No issues
