The open concept living area features comfortable furnishings, a sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV. The dining area is behind the living room and has seating for 6, as well as access to the private porch through sliding glass doors.
The porch area has golf course views and steps down to a unique secluded backyard area. You'll be just steps away from the salt-water community pool and hot tub as well.
The owners of this home have designed a unique sunroom, right off the kitchen- perfect for cozying up with a good book!
The galley-style kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters, and a tile backsplash. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffeemaker, Keurig, toaster oven and everything you'll need to make a meal for your family.
The master bedroom is located on the first level. This room has a king bed, flat screen TV, large closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom is located up a set of spiral stairs. This loft style room has a queen bed, twin bed, large closet and a desk area. The private en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with dual vanities. '

Windward Village, Hilton Head is conveniently located near the Pope Avenue entrance in the gated community of Shipyard Plantation, making it an easy walk to Coligny Plaza's shops, restaurants and beach access. The condo is just a quick bike ride to both the Shipyard Beach Club with private beach access and the Coligny Beach. Guests of Windward Village in Hilton Head have access to a salt water community pool, hot tub and firepit area.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Great place for a long weekend!
This is our first stay on Hilton Head Island, although we have day-tripped here a couple of times, and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. The location was ideal!
The unit is so well decorated. Beachy, yet not a cliche. All the little details were covered, down to the plastic cups for outside use.
We got a kick going out in the mornings to look for the gator in the front pond. We also enjoyed biking to the beach.
It's a great place for a long weekend!

Loved our stay!
Loved our stay here! The beds slept so good, love the quick access to the beach. The house is super cute and has all you need. Golfing was fun, and many great memories made!

Love it here...
This is our 2nd staying here. This is the most beautiful place. We love all the decor, very good taste. The condo is very clean. It's so peaceful here. We love the quick access to the beach.
The Skull Creek Boathouse is the spot for great seafood and steak.
Look forward to returning...Also, the coffee bar sets the tone!

Beautiful place to stay and very clean! Showers were amazing!

The home was lovely. So warm and cozy. Clean and bright . It has everything you could possibly need and it was decorated so nicely. Sunset Rentals made it very easy to rent this space. I would highly recommend them!

Beach Chic Home

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at Windward 117. We had the right amount of room for our group of 7. We enjoyed the coffee bar, the updated showers and super quick access to the pool. Shipyard Beach and golf were convienent and not too crowded. Piggly Wiggly was very close by, and great shrimp! Thank you for sharing your piece of Hilton Head Island, SC with us.
