The open floor plan allows for ocean views in the kitchen, dining and living areas. The renovated kitchen features white cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counters. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and the spacious living area features a sleeper sofa, love seat, two club chairs and a flat screen TV. The private balcony overlooks the Atlantic Ocean with seating four guests and is the perfect spot for outdoor dining on Hilton Head Island!
The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and access to the balcony. The primary bathroom features a large vanity with a granite top and a tiled tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features a full size bed and a twin bed, flat screen TV and access to the hall bathroom which has a tub/shower combination and granite top vanity. Both bedrooms have new tile flooring installed in the fall of 2021!
Shorewood, Hilton Head Island is a secure, gated oceanfront complex in South Forest Beach that have just completed a total pool area renovation resulting in a most exciting and beautiful oceanfront pool complex that Hilton Head Island has to offer. The large, sunny pool, children's pool and spa are set among towering palms and heated from Oct 1-Nov 30, and March 1-Apr 30. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
There is parking for 2 vehicles MAX.
Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities. Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

No complaints! It was clean, nicely decorated, and the perfect ocean view! Would definitely stay again. Oh, and the bed was very comfortable, which is something that’s hard to find.

We had a wonderful week on HHI with our family. Our villa, 509, was an excellent choice! Enjoyed the privacy of the 5th floor and can't beat the views.

Shorewood 509
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was terrific -- great location, nice view of the beach/ocean. The pool area on property was clean and sufficiently large for guests. We would definitely book there again.
