Pops of color will greet you at the entrance and lead pass the warm foyer and into the beach-themed sitting area, the ideal spot for planning the day’s itinerary or just for scrolling through your social media news feed. Tile floors then lead the way to the fully equipped kitchen complete with plenteous cabinetry, and all the fixings needed to make tantalizing, quick and easy vacation meals. A breakfast bar with 3 stools borders the kitchen counter, so be sure to make some cookies and leave them here for everyone to enjoy.

The dining area, with a table and 6 chairs, adjoins the colorful living room, which claims shades of browns and blues. A snug, 4- piece seating group can be found here along with a flat screen TV and two sliders that open to onto the deck. The deck offers a swing, a two chairs, a table and a grill and a lovely landscape view. This unit is an end unit, closest to the pool! For added convenience there is a powder room also located on the first floor.

Greens 161 sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor along with the washer and dryer alcove. The guest bedroom features two twin-size beds, its own closet and a hall bath, just outside the bedroom. The primary is equipped with a king bed, flat screen TV, a walk-in closet and private bath.

The Greens are set on the rolling fairways of the Shipyard community only a short walk from the beach, newly renovated private on-site pool, golf and tennis. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
