7525 Yacht Club is new to the vacation rental market for spring 2025! This 2nd level, newly renovated flat, offers guests luxury vacationing with all the comforts of home and unparalleled harbor views.

The property has an open-concept floor plan with oversized windows offering views of the pool and water beyond from almost every area of the property. The newly furnished living area offers plush furniture, a Smart TV and an electric fireplace.

The dining area seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen features stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, marble counters and plenty of cabinet space.

The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and access to the balcony shared with the living area. The ensuite has a spacious, tiled walk-in shower and two sink areas.

The first guest bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, desk area and views of the pool and harbor. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV. Guests will have the option of two separate guest bathroom areas, one with a tub/shower combination and one with a walk-in shower.

Guests staying at Yacht Club have access to a community pool, building elevator and are steps away to all the shops, restaurants and water sport activities of Shelter Cove Marina- all within steps of your front door! Guests also have access to Palmetto Dunes and access to the Dunes Buggy Shuttle which runs seasonally.

Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premier beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Discover a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove, colorful yachts anchored in the marina and a beachfront bar and restaurant at Dunes House, all easily accessed by the free Dunes Buggy shuttle service in the summer season.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
