There is access to the screened porch from the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to a hall bathroom. On the second floor are the additional two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a king bed, water views, a private bath with double vanities, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is located on the second floor.
