Entering the home and moving directly to the left you will enter the galley style kitchen and breakfast area. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and updated white appliances, as well as plenty of cabinetry, all to help prepare your next family meal. The breakfast area has a table and seating for four in front of a large window letting in that afternoon light.

Entering the dining room, you will find a large dining room table with seating for 6. The living room has an abundance of seating including a large sleeper sofa and four comfy armchairs. The living room features a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Perfect for a family night in watching your favorite movies. A back door leads to a stunning patio overlooking the lagoon and Shipyard Golf Course with a table and seating for four.

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom is beautifully decorated in natural white with splashes of color. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen tv and has picturesque views of the lagoon and golf course from the window. The updated primary bath has a double sink vanity and a tiled standing shower with seat. Across the hall in the second bedroom, you will find two twin beds, a flat screen tv, as well as a small nook with a desk and chair to record this epic vacation, along with an attached bathroom featuring a soaking tub/shower combination.

Evian is one of Shipyard’s most scenic settings and an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course.
