The living area of this Forest Beach rental villa features comfortable furnishings, including a Smart TV, as well as access to the private, enclosed patio. The patio area can be accessed through the main bedroom as well.
Just off the living area you'll find the dining area, as well as the custom kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker.
Beyond the living areas, you'll find the main bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.
Both guest bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The first bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and private balcony. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a pack and play. There is also a workstation and 2 chairs in the closet of this for guests to use in a space of their choosing. Both bedrooms share access to jack-and-jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
There is parking available for 1 car only in an assigned parking space. Please display the hangtag located in the property in the parked vehicle in the assigned space.
