14 Evergreen is a lovely single level Sea Pines Vacation rental home, dog-friendly located just inside the main gate of Sea Pines! This beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom stair-free property offers the perfect location for your next HHI trip!

The open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The living area is comfortably furnished with a Smart TV, games and books. The dining table beyond seats for with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The well-appointed kitchen features granite counters, a gas range, Keurig coffeemaker and more.

Soak up the sun with a good book in the sunroom located just past the dining area. Or enjoy the warm Carolina weather on the private porch with plush furniture and a gas grill.

The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, access to the private patio and a private bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower.

Both guest bedrooms have a full size bed and share access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The first guest room has a Smart TV and a library. The second bedroom features a dedicated work space.

Guests of this home can easily navigate the Sea Pines Hilton Head community by bike or by any of the walking trails. The Harbour Town area and beach are just a few miles away- an easy bike or car ride. A free seasonal trolley service offers rides to shops, dining options and the beach.

Pet Policy: Guests are welcome to bring up to TWO (2) well-behaved dogs for an additional non-refundable fee of $225 plus tax per dog.

Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a gate pass. Passes are charged $17.00 per car per week. Please specify number of security gate passes needed at time of booking.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
