112 Oceanwood, is an elevated, free-standing home in North Forest Beach and just 200 yards from the Atlantic Ocean! An oversized deck wraps halfway around the home, including a sitting area and outdoor dining area with a gas grill. Stairs from the back deck offer easy access to the Oceanwood complex pool and beach path.

Ascend the exterior stairs to the main level of the home, and you’ll be greeted with lots of natural light, wood flooring and an open concept floor plan. The living area features a sectional sofa, three comfortable club chairs, a flat-screen TV and a wet bar complete with a minifridge. The porch areas can be accessed through the living room..

The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances and is fully equipped to prepare meals for your guests. The dining area, located just off the kitchen, has seating for 8 with 2 barstools for additional seating.

Oceanwood 112 comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. Two bedrooms, powder room and laundry room are located on the first floor. The first bedroom has a queen bed and an attached private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached private bath. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining two guest bedrooms feature a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, and access to a jack & jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Directions to the beach/pool area: Follow the paved path to the left of 112 to the get to the gazebo, pool and beach access gate.

Forest Beach is situated between Shipyard and Sea Pines resorts along the Atlantic coastline with miles of bike paths to enjoy. Coligny Plaza is just a quick bike ride away where guests and visitors can find hundreds of shops, boutiques, and restaurants. Coligny is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety of bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
