Welcome to Rice Lane 5! This beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, dog-friendly Sea Pines home offers guests ample space inside and out. With two outdoor spaces, including a sitting area with a firepit in the front, and a private pool in the back, this home has all you’ll need for your next vacation!

The home is furnished with coastal colors and décor with tile and vinyl plank throughout the main living spaces. To the right of the front door, you’ll find the living area with comfortable furniture, a Smart TV and views of both the front and back yards. To the left of the front entrance, you’ll find the well-stocked kitchen, which is open to the dining area. The dining area seats 8 people with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

The primary bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed and Smart TV. The bathroom doubles as a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. The owners of this home have recently added a 2nd primary bedroom, which features a king bed and private handicap-accessible bathroom with roll-in shower.

Both guest bedrooms are on the second level bedroom. One bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV, while the other bedroom has a queen bed, twin over full bunk bed, workspace and a Smart TV. The guest bathroom also features a walk-in shower.

Relax in the sun or the shade with the abundant outdoor space, multiple outdoor sitting spaces, and the sparkling pool! (The pool can be heated for an additional cost seasonally.) Guests are an easy bike ride to the beach, Harbour Town, Sea Pines Center and Lawton Stables!

Guests of this Sea Pines Hilton Head rental can easily navigate the Sea Pines Hilton Head community by bike or by any of the walking trails. The Harbour Town area and beach are just 2 miles away- an easy bike or car ride.

Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines requires each vehicle to have a gate/car pass. Car passes are $17.00 per car per week.

Pet Policy: This home is dog-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs MAX; 40 lbs per dog. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of $225 per dog.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
