The main level of the townhome has refinished pine floors and an open floor plan. The living area features comfortable furnishings, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and access to the private courtyard. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** This serene courtyard area has a dining table and chairs, as well as a gas grill.
The dining area, located just off the living room, features seating for 8 and also has doors leading to the courtyard. The renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an ornate tile backsplash and everything you'll need to prepare meals for your family.
The master bedroom is also located on the first level. This spacious master features a king bed, wall-mounted flat-screen and doors leading out to the patio. The private master bathroom features a double sink with granite counters, a jetted tub and a large, tiled walk-in shower.
Up the stairs, you'll find the remaining two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are outfitted with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The first bedroom has a king and a twin bed, as well as a flat-screen TV. The second room has two queen beds and a flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms share access to a renovated bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Guests of Beckenham have access to a community pool, and you'll be conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the beach and Westin Resort.
The pool is open April-September.

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
