To the left of the entry is the recently renovated kitchen with granite counter tops and all new appliances, Fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials, the chef in your group will want to stay in and cook every night! The kitchen also includes a breakfast table nook and a sit in bar. The formal dining table includes seating for 8.
Past the dining room you will enter the spacious living room with 55" flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to the Carolina room and deck overlooking the 8th hole of Shipyard Golf Course. The deck also features a gas BBQ grill and table for outdoor dining.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
This sunny Shipyard home comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms. The first floor includes two master bedrooms each with king beds, TV, and private bath. The other two bedrooms are located on the second level. The bedroom to the left includes a twin and double bed, a private bath with a stand up shower, and access to a private balcony. The bedroom to the right has a twin bed along with a two twin bunks and an additional pull out bed, as well as a private bath with a stand up shower.
Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $25 plus tax for the stay. 3 Car Passes Max.
Brand new pool installed Spring of 2024! The pool can not be heated.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

This house was great for our family of 9. It had plenty of space for us to spread out a bit and our kids especially liked that there were TVs in every room. The kitchen was fully equipped making meal prep super simple. Thanks for a great stay!

We always have a great experience with rentals through Sunset Rentals. Not only are they easy to work with, but you can also rest assured that the property will be a quality home for your stay. We enjoyed our time during this last stay, and it's so nice to find properties that allow you to bring your four-legged family members on vacation too! The kitchen and living space in this home was awesome for our family vacation. With 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, we had plenty of space for our family without feeling like we were cramped on top of one another. Will definitely consider renting this property again.

Clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We would have preferred being closer to the beach but we knew that going in; having said that we didn't mind taking the brisk 10-minute walk to the beach for our morning exercise. Would stay there again.- Anonymous U , Posted: 04/29/2021
