As you walk in the front door, you’ll find the first living area straight ahead. The second living space, the Carolina room, is just beyond. Both living areas feature comfortable furnishings, flat screen TVs and access to the private pool deck with fantastic views of the Atlantic Dunes golf course. The main living area offers cable viewing to watch your favorite TV shows, while all other TVs offer streaming capabilities.
The deluxe, fully renovated kitchen offers plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge, and everything you’ll need to cook a meal right from home. The dining area sits between the two living rooms and offers seating for 10 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.
A laundry room is located off the entryway, featuring a brand-new washer and dryer set for your convenience.
Just off the dining area, you’ll find the first of two primary suites featuring a king bed, flat screen TV and a newly renovated private bathroom. The bathroom features a custom tiled walk-in shower, an expansive vanity with plenty of counter space to get ready, tons of under sink storage, as well as a separate vanity area with an LED make up mirror and sitting stool. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home. The first bedroom features two sets of built-in bunk beds, as well as an additional twin bed. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The next room features a queen bed with a private bathroom featuring a tiled walk-in shower. The second primary suite features a king bed, flat screen TV and sliding doors that lead out to the pool deck. The stunning master bathroom features a separate vanity outside of the bathroom, as well as a large dual vanity inside and a tiled walk-in shower.
