This property has all the conveniences you’d want for a smaller family. There is a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living for a total capacity of 6 guests.

Enter this lovely Shorewood condo and the first thing you see is the new floors and a print of a palm tree, welcoming you to South Carolina. An interesting lamp of three fishes will light your way from the door to the entrance hall. The kitchen will be on your right with new granite countertops, new flooring, double stainless sink, stainless built-in microwave oven, stackable washer and dryer, white refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Enjoy cooking your meals in this beautiful kitchen when you’re not out enjoying Hilton Head’s restaurant scene at nearby Coligny Plaza.

There is a pass-thru from the kitchen to the dining area with a table and chairs for 6 and 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. Moving into the living room you’ll discover a queen size sleep sofa, comfortable love seat, a large flat screen TV with DVD player in front of a brick wall in shades of gray to enhance the room. A balcony is just off the living room with seating to enjoy the grounds and take in some ocean air or even dine alfresco!

Shorewood 131 sleeps 6 guests in two bedrooms. Across from the kitchen you’ll find a short hall with the bedrooms and baths. First, you’ll come to the guest room with a queen bed, white furniture, great use of color on the wall behind the bed and another flat screen TV. The bathroom for this room is in the hall and has a new walk-in shower, and ample vanity with one sink. Further down the hall is the primary bedroom complete with a king bed and with black frame, and off-white dresser and night-stands to complement the décor. You also have access to the balcony from this bedroom.

Shorewood villas have just completed a total pool area renovation resulting in a most exciting and beautiful oceanfront pool complex that Hilton Head Island has to offer. The large, sunny pool, children's pool and spa are set among towering palms and heated from Oct 1-Nov 30, and March 1-Apr 30.

Shorewood Rules

No smoking permitted. 

If fireplace is at the property, it is not for guest use. 

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
