Beach Gear Credit!
The living area features comfortable furniture, a Smart TV and access to the private porch overlooking the lagoon. The fully renovated kitchen features stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet and counter space. There is seating for 6 at the dining table with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.
The first of 3 bedrooms is located on the main level. This room features a queen bed, flat screen TV, work station and access to a hall bath with a ornately tiled walk-in shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The first bedroom at the top of the stairs features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.
This property allows 1 well-behaved dog, under 75lbs each, for an additional fee of $225 plus tax.
Per HOA rules, the bedrooms sleep a maximum of 6 adults only.
The Ocean Breeze complex on Hilton Head Island is pet-friendly, has three swimming pools that are open from April through October, free on-site tennis and is only a short walk to the beach. Our Coligny Beach vacation rentals are walking distance to the award-winning beaches on Hilton Head Island. Both Coligny Circle and Alders Lane beach access points offer restrooms, showers, and a lifeguard station during peak season and are less than a 10-minute walk from the villa. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. 2 car passes are allowed per villa.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Nice property and generally in good shape for a pet friendly property. Good location with easy walk to beach and dining. Sunset Rentals was great and provided all information in a timely and clear manner.

Enjoyed this rental!
Enjoyed this rental! Very close to everything. We rode bikes and walked to the beach. Made wonderful memories with childhood friends and the spouses. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the evenings.
