39 Courtside is new to the vacation rental market for spring 2025! This beautifully renovated townhome is outfitted with all the comforts of home, and the open-concept floorplan on the main level makes entertaining a breeze!

The living area is outfitted with plush furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to the private patio overlooking the tennis center. The dining area beyond seats four comfortably with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar.

The fully renovated kitchen features new counters and cabinets, stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and a full-size washer and dryer.

A powder room is located on the main level as well.

Up the stairs you'll find both bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, views of the tennis courts and a private bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Courtside Villas are an easy 5-minute walk to the beach, 3 blocks to Coligny Plaza, and 2 blocks to the new Low Country Celebration Park. The Van Der Meer Tennis Center is right next door. The community has 2 beautiful pools, guests get tennis privileges up to one hour per day at the tennis center, and the HHI trolley stop is right out front. 2 car pass maximum.

The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast. Forest Beach rentals put you in the heart of the Hilton Head Island action!

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. 

 All have wireless internet.
