Upon entering the home, the main level of the home gives you direct access to the oceanfront pool and the sunning deck. The primary bedroom with private bath has a king bed, flat screen TV and sliding door out to the pool. Bedroom #2, also on this level has 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV, and sliding doors out to the pool with full bath just across the hallway.
The large oceanfront swimming pool (heated for an additional fee) is privately hidden away from passerby's view by the lush landscaping. A few steps up from the pool is the oceanfront sunning deck with Adirondack style chairs.
The second level of this home has a large living room, TV/DVD, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A large sliding glass door off the living room leads you out onto the screened-in porch that runs the entire length of the house. Your oceanfront view from the porch is spectacular!
Bedroom #3 has a king bed, flat screen TV, sliding door out onto the screened-in porch and shares the full hall bath with Bedroom #4 that has 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast. Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Beachfront Paradise
Can't say enough good things about this classic beachfront gem, still hidden among the palms that have sadly been cleared along much of the beach to make way for all the new McMansions. Perhaps a little dated but that is part of the charm of this little oasis. Beds and furniture are super comfortable. We ate every meal on the screened porch listening to and watching the waves – no restaurant in HH can match that view. The pool is gorgeous, big enough to do laps. Lots of seating inside and out. When we arrived, the chairs and tables around the pool and on the porch were covered in pollen and the coffeemaker was broken, but that's a failing of the rental/management company that responded quickly to make things right. Also "the starter kit" of supplies is meagre so check to see what you need to bring.
