This modern Moorings villa is recently remodeled and features new flooring, new bedroom furnishings, new appliances including washer and dryer, fresh paint throughout, all new mattress sets, and new living room furniture. The open plan living area is spacious with a flat screen TV for entertainment, ,a 6 seater dining table and fully-equipped kitchen for easy vacation meal prep. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, private en-suite bathroom and access to private balcony. The second bedroom features two queen beds, a flat screen TV, a slider door to the balcony and a private bath.
For rentals in Hilton Head Island, the Moorings complex in Palmetto Dunes Resort is very close to the beach and features an on-site pool open April through September. The Moorings complex is not equipped with elevators. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort on Hilton Head Island that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre.
Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Discover a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove, colorful yachts anchored in the marina and a beachfront bar and restaurant at Dunes House, all easily accessed by the free Dunes Buggy shuttle service in the summer season.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week.

Kitchens Include: dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest. Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Beautiful!

Moorings 9192 - Wonderful!!1
This condo, in the Palmetto Dunes Community, was simply beautiful. My wife, our 10-pound dog, and I had the best time. Sunset Rentals was so easy to deal with and rent from.
