This cheery and sun-filled, 2 bedroom, 2 bath country-style Shipyard Hilton Head villa, offers wonderful lagoon and golf course views along with front and back porches. 11 Cottages is located in the naturist Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island and is absolutely perfect for a soul-searching getaway, a girl’s weekend, a small family vacation, or a quick guys’ golf retreat.

Unlike many villas, this Cottages vacation villa is set on one floor with dedicated parking at the front door and being an end unit, it provides abundant natural light on all three sides.

The front porch offers two rocking chairs and serves as the ideal spot to sit and drink in the cool evening breeze after a day of exploring Hilton Head Island. Upon entering the unit, you are welcomed by the quaint dining room that has a table and seating for six. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the conveniently located washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped and provides all that you will need to feel right at home, including marble countertops, abundant cabinetry, new range and refrigerator plus a double-hung window with the perfect view to inspire a gourmet meal. Off the kitchen is also a breakfast bar with two plush barstools.

The inviting living room features two very comfy, reclining chairs, as well as a luxurious couch, a flat screen television and a French door leading to the back deck with its panoramic view of the lagoon and golf course.

Cottages 11 comfortably sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are immaculately designed and feature king-sized beds with flat screen televisions, hardwood floors, and their own private en-suite bathrooms with bath/ shower combinations.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
