The living area features comfortable furnishings with a sleeper sofa and loveseat, as well as a flat screen TV. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and is open to the galley kitchen. The kitchen has been recently renovated with new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you''ll need to prepare a meal for your guests.
Both bedrooms are on the second level. The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
This property allows 2 well-behaved dogs, under 75lbs each, for an additional fee of $225 plus tax per dog.
Per HOA rules, the bedrooms sleep a maximum of 4 adults only, additional sleeping available on queen sofa sleeper in living room.
Guests of Ocean Breeze and Treetops have access to complex tennis courts and 3 complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment! 2 car passes allowed only.

I found this Unit very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view from bother second floor bedrooms of the lush foliage snd water stream was amazing. Adorable villa with a great view and close to the beach
I was so work-fatigued when I arrived at this gem. I was aching for the beach, relaxing, and walking along the shore. We stayed for five days, and I walked to the beach every day -- it only took 10 minutes to get there. Aside from the beach, I just wanted to chill, and this villa was great for that. It's a beautiful and comfortable size with a beach house vibe. I came with two others, and we had more than enough room. Big comfy couches with super-soft throws were nice on our lazy nights. And the view is excellent from the second-floor balcony, where the cutest little table and chairs are perfect for enjoying the scenery. I've been to Hilton Head at least a dozen times and I've stayed at a different place each time.
