New tile flooring spans the first floor. The spacious living area has a sleeper sofa, comfortable chairs, a flat screen TV and access to the private patio. The dining area, which is nestled between the kitchen and living area, seats 6 comfortably. The gorgeous galley kitchen features marble counters, new cabinetry and stainless appliances.
Both bedrooms can be found on the second level. The master bedroom has a king bed, twin bed, flat screen TV and a private balcony. This room has an attached bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination and a granite top vanity. The second bedroom also has a king bed, flat screen TV and access to a balcony. The bathroom, which can be accessed through the hall or the bedroom, has a tub/shower combination.
Guests of Ocean Breeze and Treetops, Hilton Head Island have access to complex tennis courts and 3 communal complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment!
Per the Ocean Breeze HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom.
This property allows 1 well-behaved dog, under 75lbs, for an additional fee of $225 plus tax.

Treetops 5003
Home away from home is how it’s set up. Unit was clean, attractive, and truly as shown in the pictures. Only minor issue was with the 3 TVs and the connections. Sunset Rentals management dealt with this in a timely manner.- Alexa N from Marietta, GA, Posted: 06/06/2022
Fun Family Vacay
We all enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and furnished for comfort. The beds slept real well. Only thing I would suggest is maybe a baby gate or two for the stairs. Our grandson (3 1/2) was fascinated with the stairs since we do not have them in our homes. We plan to return on our next Hilton Head trip.- Julie C from Elora, Posted: 06/11/2022
