This elevated 1st floor Treetops Hilton Head villa features an open concept floor plan with brand new wood flooring and furnishings throughout. The living area features a new smart TV, a large and comfortable sleeper sofa, as well as access to the private screened in porch. The screened in porch features a bistro table and porch swing, perfect for lounging. The dining area features seating for 4 with an additional 2 seats at the kitchen bar. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space.

The main bedroom features a king bed, a smart TV to watch your favorite shows, a designated workspace, and a private bathroom. The beautiful bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower, vanity with a granite top, and hair dryer for your convenience. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, surrounded by built-in cabinets, a convenient smart TV, and access to a hall bathroom. The hall bath features a tub/shower combination, a vanity with a granite top, and a hair dryer as well.

This villa was thoughtfully curated and well equipped with everything you need to make the most out of your vacation! For the ultimate beach day experience, a beach wagon, two beach chairs, and an umbrella are included for your convenience. Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom, 4 adults total.

Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.

Guests of Ocean Breeze and Treetops, Hilton Head have access to complex tennis courts and 3 complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment!

Treetops, Hilton Head is in close proximity to Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Linens Include: 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest.  Dish towels, sheets and blankets (including sofa kit, if applicable) will be provided.  You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. 

A Starter Set of Amenities Including: trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.
